B-Plas s.b.r.l. is seeking a supplier for the design and implementation of a thermolytic skid distillation module of a dried biomass enriched in PHA, the subsequent thermal pyrolysis of PHA to crotonic acid, and finally the fractional distillation of the crotonic acid itself necessary for its refining.
The distillation process will take place under vacuum in a multistage device at temperatures ranging from 120°C to 240°C.
The discharge of the different distillation products will have to be done automatically.
The device will have to be CE marked and compliance with ATEX and PED regulations will have to be evaluated.
