After a few years, he moved to the R&amp;D department, where he worked on vibration analysis and developed several solutions.\r\nHe entered the filtration sector where he worked on the development of a new family of filter presses specifically for the mining industry. Co-founder of B-Plas, she is now R&amp;D manager and coordinates all research and development activities. She supervises laboratory testing, conducts feasibility studies on specific customer cases and guides the development of processes and technologies, both at the process and plant level. Her work focuses on optimising advanced biotechnological processes for sludge reduction and the valorisation of organic carbon, which is transformed into energy and PHA (polyhydroxyalkanoates) biopolymers.
